All prescription weight loss medications supplied by us require a valid prescription issued following a clinical assessment. Consultations are conducted online via our questionnaire and reviewed by a qualified prescriber.
A prescription will only be issued if our prescriber is satisfied that treatment is clinically appropriate for you. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following every consultation.
You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, allergies, and relevant medical history. Providing false or incomplete information may affect your safety and may result in immediate withdrawal of our services.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with any other person.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment processing is handled securely via encrypted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to the address provided at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by you.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or addresses outside the United Kingdom.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications under UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
